Processing Times
All Earth Tallow products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and packed before shipment. During peak seasons or restocks, processing times may extend slightly — we’ll always notify you by email if there’s any delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within Australia, but not to any international destinations.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia using Australia Post:

Delivery timeframes and shipping costs are estimates only and are provided by Australia Post. These may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, peak periods, weather events, service disruptions, or remote delivery locations.
Shipping rates are subject to change in line with Australia Post pricing, fuel surcharges, or operational updates. If there is a significant variation to the shipping cost of your order, we will contact you before dispatch.
Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Free Shipping
Unfortunately for the time being we do not offer free standard shipping within Australia.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Local Pickup (Optional Section)
We do not offer local pickup.
Packaging
We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging wherever possible.
Each item is carefully wrapped to protect your products and minimise waste — because we believe skincare should be kind to both your skin and the Earth.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Earth Tallow is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email us at earth.tallow@gmail.com and we’ll help you investigate.
International Orders & Customs - Not Available
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
Please check your local customs regulations before ordering, as we cannot mark parcels as “gifts” to avoid duties.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, remedies are available for faulty or damaged items.
If you have an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
